Ganapati Bappa Moraya

Traditionally "Ganesh Festival" is hosted by Marathi Association of Minnesota for all the communities. MAM is happy to host this year's Ganesh festival at the Hindu Mandir in Maple Grove. We are anticipating a large turnout for this festival, especially for “Sthapana” and “Visarjan”.

In order to make this community event successful your participation and help is needed. We need volunteers for different activities as well as contributions in various ways. RSVP is preferred for planning the event better so please send your RSVP as it stated at the end of the mail.

    Minimum 1 sponsoring family every Pooja.

Cash donation: Instead of raw material you can give donation to cover the cost. Write check payable to MAM and mail it to Samir Junnarkar

Note:

·     To facilitate smooth operation, only MAM prasad will be distributed upstairs. All other Prasad items will be distributed in Lunch hall along with the food.

·        Devotees are encouraged to bring customary Modak or Saran (coconut/Good mixture) as Prasad. Of course, other types of dry Prasads /whole fruits are fine.

·        Please bring all the prepared prasad and food to the temple in aluminum trays or other disposable containers. Mandal will not be able to return the containers.

·        Raw Material for Sthapana should be delivered to one of the following members by August 31st

·        Raw Material for Visarjan should be delivered to one of the following members by Sept. 9th.
