Vocal Concert by Narendra Datar - Saturday, August 14th 2010
Marathi Association of Minnesota is pleased to present an enchanting program of Marathi “Natya Sangeet” and “Bhakti Sangeet” by the renowned singer Narendra Datar from Toronto. In recent years, he has performed at the Brihan-Maharashtra-Mandal Conventions in Baltimore, Houston, Boston, Seattle, and Philadelphia and charmed the audiences with his melodious and powerful voice and his mastery of music. He will be accompanied by Raya Bidaye on harmonium and Suphala Patankar on tabla.
