Camping 2009

MAM committee members are organizing this year’s camping event and we want you to join us for this fun filled event.

Date: 18th and 19th July
Venue: Carver Park Reserve, Victoria

The plan is for campers to check in around 3p.m on 18th and checkout after breakfast on 19th. However you can still participate in all the activities on the campground even if you decide not to stay overnight.

Please send us RSVPs by July 11th to Abhijeet Pradhan so that we can plan food, games and other activities accordingly.

We have planned the following activities:

Saturday 18th July 2009

  • 3.00p.m. Check in
  • 3.00p-4.30p Tea/coffee/light snack
  • 4.30p-7.00p Games/activities
  • 7.00p-8.30p Dinner
  • Camp fire/sit-down games
Sunday 19th July 2009
  • 10.00 a.m. breakfast
  • Pack up and leave by noon
In your RSVP, we would like to know headcounts for the following:
  1. Dinner on 7/18
  2. Overnight stay (Note: It is ok if you choose not to stay over)
  3. Breakfast on 7/19
